Scottish Ale Bread

First things first, I’m only calling this Scottish Ale Bread because the beer happens to be from Scotland. This is very tasty bread.Scottish Ale Bread

The Bellhaven Scottish Ale has strong flavors which really modify the bread flavor to near perfection.

My uncle was a director of Belhaven Brewery during 70s and 80s and he would show us around the brewery and the process of making it. I have found a pub in Adelaide South Australia which sells it on draught as well as bottled. I enjoy making bread in my wood oven and will now try your recipe.

Hi John, that’s cool about your uncle being a director over there at Belhaven. I’ve never had it draught before, sounds great. Yes, do make the bread. We’ve made it in my friends wood oven, at some point I’ve got to build me one of those. Did you build it yourself?
